I earned my experience working as a lead technician for a major carpet cleaning franchise for many years. I was often sent as the "fixer" or one to handle the "tough jobs" and to train all employees on the "RIGHT WAY".  When it comes to carpet cleaning and floor cleaning-I've seen it all.
