Our equipment is currently truck-mounted, so we can reach up to the third floor as long as there's balcony or stair access to run our hoses and an outdoor water spigot at the building. We can't extend our hose lengths to the fourth floor or above just yet — we're working on adding a portable unit that will open up the higher floors, so check back with us if that's held you up before. For now, reach out and we'll confirm whether your building is within range.
