Pet Stain & Odor Specialists in Wilson County, TN
Wilson County has plenty of pet-loving households, and pet accidents are one of the most common carpet problems we encounter.
Unfortunately, a urine accident isn't always limited to the carpet fibers you can see.
Urine can penetrate through the carpet and reach:
Carpet backing
Padding
Seams
Tack-strip areas
And sometimes the subfloor underneath
That's why a room can sometimes continue to smell even after the carpet appears clean.
Clean State specializes in pet stain and odor treatment throughout Wilson County, TN.
Finding Pet Urine You Can't See
When appropriate, we can use professional UV black-light inspection to help locate urine contamination that isn't obvious under regular lighting.
This can help when:
You smell urine but can't find the source.
A puppy has had accidents throughout the house.
An older dog has begun having accidents.
A cat has repeatedly marked the same area.
You're purchasing or moving into a home with previous pets.
You're preparing a rental property for a new tenant.
Previous carpet cleaning improved the appearance but not the odor.
Going Beyond Standard Carpet Cleaning
Depending on the amount and depth of contamination, pet treatment may include:
Targeted professional urine treatment
Hot water extraction
Sub-surface treatment
Specialized Water Claw extraction
Odor-neutralizing treatment
We don't believe every pet job requires the most aggressive treatment.
The appropriate approach depends on what is actually happening beneath the carpet.
Our objective is to address the source of the odor whenever reasonably possible—not simply cover it with fragrance.
Professional Deep Carpet Cleaning in Wilson County
Carpet collects more than visible dirt.
Over time it can hold:
Dust
Outdoor soil
Pet hair
Pet dander
Food particles
Body oils
Fine debris
Spills
Traffic-lane buildup
Vacuuming is an important part of maintenance, but eventually deeper soil requires professional cleaning.
Clean State uses professional truck-mounted hot water extraction, commonly known as steam cleaning.
Depending on carpet condition, our process may include:
Pre-Vacuuming
Removing loose dry soil before moisture is introduced.
Professional Pre-Treatment
Cleaning products are applied to help loosen oils, grime, spots, and embedded soil.
Agitation
Mechanical agitation can be used when needed to help loosen stubborn buildup.
Truck-Mounted Hot Water Extraction
Our professional equipment flushes suspended contamination from the carpet and extracts it.
Thorough Extraction
We focus on removing suspended soil, cleaning solution, and excess moisture rather than rushing through the job.
Wilson County Is Where We Started
Clean State is based in Lebanon, Tennessee, right here in Wilson County.
That puts us in a central location for serving communities throughout the county.
Wilson County contains three incorporated cities:
Lebanon, TN
Lebanon is the county seat of Wilson County and the home base of Clean State Carpet & Floor Cleaning.
We serve neighborhoods throughout Lebanon, including homes and businesses around:
Downtown Lebanon
West Lebanon
South Hartmann Drive
Hartmann Drive
Coles Ferry Pike
Sparta Pike
Cainsville Road
Baddour Parkway
Highway 109
Highway 231
Tuckers Crossroads area
Shop Springs area
And surrounding Lebanon communities
Because we're based here, Lebanon, TN is at the center of our service territory.
Mt. Juliet, TN
We also provide professional carpet and floor cleaning throughout Mt. Juliet, TN.
Mt. Juliet is Wilson County's largest incorporated city and has experienced substantial residential and commercial growth.
Clean State services neighborhoods throughout areas near:
Providence
Providence Marketplace
Belinda Parkway
Mt. Juliet Road
Lebanon Road
Golden Bear Gateway
Central Pike
Nonaville Road
Old Hickory Lake
Green Hill area
And surrounding Mt. Juliet communities
Whether you need routine carpet cleaning, pet urine treatment, furniture cleaning, LVP cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, or another floor service, Mt. Juliet is part of our core Wilson County territory.
Watertown, TN
Clean State also serves Watertown, Tennessee, the third incorporated city in Wilson County.
Watertown offers a very different setting from Mt. Juliet or Lebanon, with its historic downtown, surrounding neighborhoods, farms, rural properties, and eastern Wilson County location.
We provide carpet, upholstery, rug, pet-treatment, and floor-cleaning services for customers throughout Watertown and the surrounding eastern Wilson County area.
More Than the Three Cities
A large portion of Wilson County lies outside the incorporated city limits of Lebanon, Mt. Juliet, and Watertown.
That means plenty of Wilson County residents don't necessarily identify their neighborhood by one of those three cities.
Clean State can also provide service throughout communities and rural areas such as:
Gladeville
Gladeville and surrounding southwest Wilson County communities are part of our service territory.
This area sits conveniently between Lebanon, Mt. Juliet, Murfreesboro, and the I-840 corridor.
Green Hill
We serve customers throughout the Green Hill area in northern Wilson County and around the Mt. Juliet side of the county.
Tuckers Crossroads
Clean State services homes in and around Tuckers Crossroads, including rural and residential properties east of Lebanon.
Shop Springs
The Shop Springs area and surrounding central/eastern Wilson County communities are also within our local service territory.
Statesville Area
We can provide service to qualifying properties around Statesville and eastern Wilson County.
Norene Area
Customers in and around Norene can also contact us for carpet and floor-cleaning availability.
Rural Wilson County
Live outside a subdivision?
That's not a problem.
Wilson County contains hundreds of square miles of unincorporated land, farms, country roads, rural homes, and smaller crossroads communities.
If you're located somewhere between Lebanon, Mt. Juliet, Watertown, or another part of Wilson County, send us your address and we'll confirm service availability.
Upholstery Cleaning Across Wilson County
Furniture collects everyday soil in a different way than carpet.
Sofas and chairs are constantly exposed to:
Body oils
Pet hair
Dust
Pet dander
Food residue
Spills
Everyday use
Clean State provides professional upholstery cleaning throughout Wilson County for many types of furniture.
That includes qualifying:
Sofas
Sectionals
Loveseats
Recliners
Dining Chairs
Accent Chairs
Ottomans
We evaluate the fabric before cleaning so the appropriate method can be selected.
Area Rug Cleaning in Wilson County, TN
Area rugs can hold a surprising amount of soil beneath the visible surface.
They may collect:
Dust
Sand
Pet hair
Dander
Spills
Food debris
Pet contamination
Clean State provides professional area rug cleaning for many qualifying rugs throughout Lebanon, Mt. Juliet, Watertown, and other Wilson County communities.
We consider fiber type, construction, dye stability, age, condition, and contamination before determining the proper cleaning method.
LVP & Vinyl Plank Floor Cleaning
Luxury vinyl plank flooring is extremely common in both newer Wilson County homes and remodeled properties.
Although LVP is easy to maintain, textured floors can gradually hold onto fine soil and cleaning-product residue.
Clean State professionally cleans:
Luxury Vinyl Plank
Vinyl Plank Flooring
Traditional Vinyl
Linoleum
Laminate
If the floor looks dull, sticky, or dirty even after normal mopping, professional cleaning may be able to remove the buildup routine maintenance is leaving behind.
Tile & Grout Cleaning
Grout lines often become noticeably darker before the actual tile does.
Clean State provides professional tile and grout cleaning throughout Wilson County for:
Kitchens
Bathrooms
Entryways
Laundry Rooms
Mudrooms
Hallways
Commercial Floors
Other qualifying tiled surfaces
Grout color sealing is also available for qualifying floors.
Hardwood Floor Cleaning
Many Wilson County homes contain hardwood flooring.
Fine soil, traffic, oils, and cleaning-product residue can gradually leave hardwood looking dull.
Clean State provides professional hardwood floor cleaning for qualifying floors and evaluates the surface and finish before cleaning.
Natural Stone Cleaning
Natural stone requires different care from ordinary ceramic or porcelain tile.
We provide professional cleaning for qualifying:
Granite
Marble
Travertine
Quartzite
Other natural stone surfaces
The material and existing condition are evaluated before we determine the appropriate cleaning process.

FAQ Section
Q: Where is Clean State actually based?
Right here — Lebanon, TN, the Wilson County seat. This is our home territory, not a market we drive into from somewhere else.
Q: Do you cover all of Wilson County, or just Lebanon and Mt. Juliet?
All of it. Beyond Lebanon and Mt. Juliet, we regularly service Watertown, Gladeville, Green Hill, Tuckers Crossroads, Shop Springs, the Statesville area, and rural unincorporated Wilson County. If you're in one of the outlying areas, just give us your address and we'll confirm the visit.
Q: I'm out in a rural part of the county — does that change anything?
It can, mainly around water access. Our equipment needs an outdoor spigot to run, so on rural properties that are on well water or don't have an easily accessible outdoor tap, mention that when you schedule so we can plan for it rather than showing up and running into a surprise.
Q: Do you specialize in pet odor and urine treatment?
Yes — it's one of the services we get asked about most across the county. We start with inspection to find contamination that isn't visible, then treat based on what we find, from standard extraction up to sub-surface treatment for urine that's reached the padding.
Q: What do you clean besides carpet?
Quite a bit — upholstery, area rugs, tile and grout, hardwood, LVP and vinyl, laminate, linoleum, and natural stone. Most Wilson County customers end up booking more than just carpet once they know the rest is available.
Q: Do you work with Wilson County businesses?
Yes, commercial carpet and hard-floor cleaning is available for qualifying businesses and properties throughout the county.
